대한민국은 리틀엔젤스 소년 단원이 70년대 전세계에 대한민국 홍보를 하기 시작하며 독일 광부와 간호사 파견등이 시작된 것으로 알고 있습니다 88올림픽 2002년 월드컵과 야구 ,피겨, 골프 해외 파견 선수, 싸이 노래, 한류드라마 K팝,연예인, 게그맨 등을 통해 대한민국 홍보가 상당히 많이 진행 되었고 이분야의 사람들이 대한민국 홍보에 주역을 담당하며 국위가 선양 되어왔습니다
이들이 젊어서 나라를 위하여 국위선양 후 은퇴하여 예술이나 스포츠를 통해 생업을 하지만 그일 마져도 부족하고 그래도 세계대회에서 금메달 은메달 받으며 나오는 연금도 나오다 말다 하며 불규칙한 부분도 있습니다 이부분도 차기 정부는 점검해 보아야 된다고 생각합니다
이러한 금메달을 비인기 종목이라 못 받았거나 이러한 제도가 없는 분야는 연금도 없고 나이가 많아지면 젊어서 몸을 무리하게 활용해 관절통이나 기타 병으로 힘든 나날을 보내며 살아가다가 혼자 방에서 고통속에 죽어가는 내용이 신문에 종종 나오는 경우가 있습니다.
이러한 분들을 위하여 스포츠연금이나 예술인 문화 연금 스타일의 복지가 만들어 지면서 나이들어 충분한 생활은 못 되어도 의료진료나 생활이 될 수 있게 만들어야 할 필요가 있습니다
