왕이 예루살렘에서 은금을 돌같이 흔하게 하고 백 향 목을 평지의 뽕나무 같이 많게 하였더라.(역대 하1:15)
솔로몬의 말들은 애 굽에서 내어 왔으니 왕의 상고 들이 떼로 정가(定價) 하여 산 것이며(:16)
애 굽에서 내어 올린 병거는 하나에 은 육백 세겔이요 말은 일백 오십 세겔이라 이와 같이 헷 사람의 모든 왕과 아람 왕들을 위하여도 그 손으로 내어 왔었더라.(:17)

비루(鄙陋)함이 인생 중에 높아지는 때에 악인이 처처에 횡행 하는 도다.(:8)

子曰 : 선생님께서 말씀 하시기를
不患人之不己知 : 남이 자기를 알아주지 않는 것을 근심 할 것이 아니라
患不知人也 : 남을 알아보지 못하는 것을 근심 할 것이니라.
여호와를 경외 하는 것이 지혜의 근본이요 거룩하신 자를 아는 것이 명철이니라.(잠언9:10)
타인으로 너를 칭찬하게 하고 네 입으로는 말며 외인으로 너를 칭찬하게 하고 네 입술로는 말지니라.(잠언27:2)
마음의 고통도 자기가 알고 마음의 즐거움도 타인이 참여 하지 못하느니라.(잠언14:10)
네가 말하기를 나는 그 것을 알지 못하였노라 할지라도 마음을 저울 질 하시는 이가
어찌 통찰하지 못하겠으며 네 영혼을 지키시는 이가 어찌 알지 못하겠느냐. 그가
