북한은 위험한 화학무기 국가
북한이 이번에 김정남 살해를 위해서 쓰인 독극물은 한방울 물의 양보다 작은 양으로 사람을 살해 할 수 있는 맹독성 독약임은 TV언론을 통해서 알수 있을 것 같습니다
이러한 독가스가 현재 북한에 제조되어 보관된 양은 우리나라 전국민을 사망시키고도 남을 정도이고 일본 전국민을 살해하고도 남을 정도이고 중국국민의 절반을 살해하고도 남을 정도로 다량의 맹독성 화학 무기를 만들어 북한 땅속에 보관해 놓았다고 추정하여도 된다고 생각합니다
북한은 이러한 독성물질을 만들어 놓고 이것을 이동시 킬 수 있는 수단으로 미사일을 계속 시험발사하고 있는 것으로 알고 있습니다
이렇게 독한 화학 독극물을 만들 수 있는 기술은 북한 자체적인 기술이지만 이기술의 원천은 이부분에 세계 최고의 화학 기술을 가지고 있는 일본에서 공부한 제일 교포 학생 화학전문가들이 일본에서 최고의 실력은 인정받지만 교포라는 단점으로 일본 국무성 핵심 연구원으로 일할 수 있는 것에 한계를 느낀 사람들 중 더 연구하고 싶은 사람들이 한국에 오면 정권의 연속성이 떨어지니까 계속 연구한다는 보장이 없고 북한은 정권의 연속성이 이어지니까 연구를 계속할 수 있는 대우를 받을 수 있어 일본에서 최고의 교포2세 화학 전문가들이 북한을 가서 연구를 하면서 기술을 전수하는 것으로 알고 있습니다
이러한 것을 정부에서 막을 수 있는 것이 한계점이 있다고 생각합니다
그래서 우리나라도 대전에 국제과학비지니스 벨트를 빨리 완성을 하여 기초과학이나 기타 첨단 연구를 다각도로 할수 있는 터전을 만들어 이렇게 일본이나 선진국에서 첨단 과학에 두각을 나타내는 교포들과 2세들의 전문가와 한국에 수제들이 국제과학 비지니스벨트에 들어와 함께 연구를 지속하게 할 수 있게 환경과 조건을 만들어 주어야 한다고 생각합니다
차기 대통령은 이러한 과학은 좀 알고 있는 후보가 대통령이 되는 것이 필요하다고 생각합니다
